How to Sign Up for CSF Membership (Fall 2025)

Step 1: Check Your Eligibility

• Earn at least 10 points based on your grades from Spring 2025.
• Use no more than 5 courses to reach 10 points.
• 4 points must be from List I (core classes), and 7 points must be from List I or II.
• You cannot count PE, pass/fail classes, office assistant roles, or repeated courses.
• Extra CSF points:
  • A = 3 points
  • B = 1 point
  • C = 0 points
  • AP/Honors boost: +1 extra point per A/B (max 2 per semester)
• D or F in any class disqualifies you from CSF this semester.

Step 2: Pay the Registration Fee

1. Go to the Uni Webstore and purchase the CSF registration item ($10).
2. Save your receipt—you will need to upload it in the next step.

Step 3: Submit the Registration Form

• Fill out the form completely.
• Attach your Webstore receipt as proof of payment.
• Upload a screenshot of your Spring 2025 grades from Aeries.
• This form can be found in the October presentation slides.

Step 4: Submit the Volunteering Form

To be an Active Member, you must complete at least 6 hours of volunteering each semester. This is a separate volunteering form in addition to the membership registration form.

How to Stay Active in CSF

• Attend monthly meetings
• Participate in fundraisers
• Complete the volunteering requirement
• Active members are eligible for Senior Scholarships!
